Interest on Fixed. Rate Notes will be payable annually or semiannually on the date or dates set forth in the relevant Final Terms, and at maturity, and interest on Floating Rate Notes will be payable quarterly on the dates set forth in the relevant Final Terms and at maturity. Redemption and repurchase....................... The relevant Final Terms will indicate either that such Notes cannot be redeemed prior to their stated maturity (other than for certain taxation reasons) or that such Notes will be redeemable at the option of the relevant Issuer upon giving not more than 60 days written notice nor less than 30 days written notice to the holders of such Notes on a date or dates specified prior to such stated maturity and at a price or prices as are indicated in the relevant Final Terms. The relevant Final Terms will indicate either that such Notes cannot be repurchased prior to their stated maturity or that the Notes will be repurchasable at the option of the holders of such Notes on a date or dates specified prior to the stated maturity upon giving no more than 45 days nor less than 30 days written prior notice to the Fiscal Agent.
Interest on Fixed. Floating Rate Tier 1 BCNs Subject as provided in Condition 6(h), each Fixed/Floating Rate Tier 1 BCN bears interest on its principal amount from time to time from (and including) the Interest Commencement Date and during the Fixed Interest Rate Period at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Fixed Rate of Interest, such interest being paid in arrear on each Interest Payment Date falling in the Fixed Interest Rate Period, and during the Floating Interest Rate Period at the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) equal to the Floating Rate of Interest, such interest being paid in arrear on each Interest Payment Date falling in the Floating Rate Interest Period. The amount of interest payable shall be determined in accordance with Condition 6(f).
Interest on Fixed. Rate Loans shall be computed on the basis of a year of 360 days and paid for the actual number of days elapsed, calculated as to each Interest Period (or period ending on a repayment date or date of conversion to a Eurodollar Loan or prepayment date selected pursuant to Section 2.09 or 2.10 or required pursuant to Section 8.02) from and including the first day thereof to but excluding the last day thereof. Interest on Base Rate Loans shall be computed on the basis of a year of 365 or 366 days, as the case may be, and paid for the actual number of days elapsed, calculated from and including the date of such Base Rate Loan to but excluding the date of repayment or conversion of such Loan to a Fixed Rate Loan.
