Floating Rate of Interest definition

Floating Rate of Interest means the rate of interest payable from time to time in respect of a Floating Rate Note or during the Floating Interest Rate Period in respect of a Fixed/Floating Rate Note and that is either specified in the relevant Pricing Schedule or calculated in accordance with the provisions in the relevant Pricing Schedule.
Floating Rate of Interest means each of the Class A-2T Floating Rate of Interest, the Class A-1R Euro Floating Rate of Interest and the Class A-1R Sterling Floating Rate of Interest.
Floating Rate of Interest means the sum of the MCLR or External Benchmark Rate plus Spread applied by the Bank on the Facility, as may be decided by the Bank from time to time, pursuant to the Facility Agreement.
