Interagency Dispatch and Coordination Centers. The Agencies agree to maintain, support, and participate in interagency dispatch and geographic coordination centers. Staffing, funding, and level of participation will be agreed to and documented in OPs and/or appropriate mobilization guides. The Northern Rockies Mobilization Guide (NRMG) will be the primary document to identify approved policy and procedures for dispatching fire resources. It is intended that interagency dispatch center managers employed from any of the participating Agencies, and as such, have the Agency specific authorities from each participating Agency, except where prohibited by law or regulation, necessary to conduct the Center’s operation.

Interagency Dispatch and Coordination Centers. The Parties to this Agreement agree to maintain, support, and participate in interagency dispatch and geographic coordination centers. Staffing, funding, and level of participation will be agreed to and documented in OPs and/or appropriate mobilization guides. The Northern Rockies Mobilization Guide (NRMG) will be the primary document to identify approved policy and procedures for dispatching fire resources. The Parties to this Agreement recognize the Northern Rockies Coordination Center (NRCC), as the Geographic Area Coordination Center (GACC) for Montana. The Parties to this Agreement will coordinate, mobilize and demobilize emergency management resources through the GACC as appropriate. Parties to this Agreement are not precluded from independent movement of their own resources. It is intended that interagency dispatch center managers employed by any of the participating Agencies, and as such, have the Agency specific authorities from each participating Agency, except where prohibited by law or regulation, necessary to conduct the Center’s operation.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Construction Administration Services The Engineer shall perform construction administration services during construction as necessary. Such services shall, as part of the services to be rendered for the Engineer's established fee, include as much of the Engineer's professional services and the services of the Engineer's consultants as the State deems necessary for the well-being of the project and efficient prosecution of the construction work, but shall not include the Engineer's undertaking continuous on-site observation of the work. If the Engineer fails to perform such duties in a conscientious and reasonable manner, the State may exercise its right to terminate this contract as hereinafter provided in Section T. Additionally, it is understood and agreed to by the Engineer and the State that the duties of the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, the following services:

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Quality Control Program The Contractor shall describe the Quality Control Program in a written document which shall be reviewed by the Engineer prior to the start of any production, construction, or off-site fabrication. The written Quality Control Program shall be submitted to the Engineer for review at least ten (10) calendar days before the start of construction. The Quality Control Program shall be organized to address, as a minimum, the following items:

  • Project Management and Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality of and consistency of work and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.
