  • Phone Calls Time spent on work-related employer initiated and subsequent employee initiated telephone calls during the employee’s non-work time of over ten (10) minutes per day will be considered time worked and will be deducted from standby pay. The employee shall receive a minimum of one (1) hour compensation at their regular, non-overtime hourly rate of pay for each non-related incident. Employees are not required to answer the phone or respond to work related messages during their non-work time, unless they are on stand-by status.

  • Service Calls What is a Service Call? A visit to Your Property by one of HomeServe’s approved technicians where either work is performed to diagnose and complete a single Covered Repair or it is determined that the repair is not covered (“Service Call”). Do You have to pay anything for a Service Call? There is no fee to make a Service Call. When can You request a Service Call? There is an initial period of 30 days during which You will not be able to request a Service Call (“Waiting Period”), giving You less than 12 full months of coverage in the first Term. Upon renewal (if applicable), there will be no Waiting Period. How can You request a Service Call? Call HomeServe and a service representative will schedule a Service Call. You will not be reimbursed for work not authorized by HomeServe. Technicians must have safe and clear access to, and safe working conditions at and around the work area. In order to make a Service Call Your Service Agreement must be active and You must be current with Your payment(s) of the amount You agree to pay for this Service Agreement, as listed on Your Declaration Page (“Price”). Whether Your Line is to be repaired or replaced is entirely within the discretion of HomeServe. What is the Covered Repair Guarantee? For 12 months, We will arrange at Our expense and choice for repair or replacement of Covered Repairs which are defective in materials or workmanship (“Covered Repair Guarantee”). We disclaim any and all statutory or common law warranties (whether express or implied) other than the Covered Repair Guarantee and any implied warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Term, cancellation and renewal When does this Service Agreement start and how long is it? Your Service Agreement begins on the start date listed on Your Declaration Page (“Start Date”) and continues for 12 months (“Term”). Can You cancel? You may cancel at any time by either calling HomeServe or going online to xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/cancel. • If You cancel within 30 days of the Start Date, You will receive a full refund less any claims paid by Us. • If You cancel more than 30 days after the Start Date, You will receive a pro-rata refund less any claims paid by Us. • If Your local utility or municipality provides similar coverage to You at no charge and You cancel, We will refund the payments You have made less any claims paid by Us. You may be required to provide evidence of the similar coverage. Can We cancel? • We may cancel, with no less than 15 days’ notice to You: (a) for non- payment of the Price; (b) if We find that You already have coverage that is the same or similar to the coverage provided by this Service Agreement; (c) if We find that You are ineligible for this coverage; or (d) for Your fraud or misrepresentation of facts that are material to this Service Agreement or benefits provided under it. • We may cancel for any other reason on 60 days’ notice to You. If We cancel for (a), no refund will be given. If We cancel for (b) or (c), We will refund the payments You have made less any claims paid by Us. In all other cases You will get a pro-rata refund less any claims paid by Us. You will be notified in writing prior to cancellation. The notice will tell You when Your Service Agreement will be cancelled and why it has been cancelled. The notice period begins when We send the notice to You. Perusahaan ini membutuhkan lahan tanah yang luas guna usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit. Dari usaha yang dilakukan, akhirnya PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama mendapatkan lahan tanah yang diinginkannya dengan menggunakan tanah xxxxx masyarakat kecamatan Xxxx Xxxx. Penggunaan tanah masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx untuk keperluan usaha perkebunan PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama bukanlah terjadi dengan sendirinya xxx penguasaan semena-mena, melainkan diawali dengan suatu perjanjian kepada xxxxx masyarakat pemilik tanah tersebut. Perjanjian yang diadakan antara PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dengan masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx adalah perjanjian penggunaan tanah untuk keperluan usaha, yang dituangkan dalam surat perjanjian. Dalam perjanjian yang diadakan, ditentukan xxx xxx kewajiban masing-masing pihak, umumnya hak dari pihak PT. Era Sakti Wiraforestama dapat menggunakan tanah milik masyrakat adat untuk kegiatan usaha perkebunannya hingga jangka waktu yang ditentukan dengan kewajiban membayar sejumlah harga dari hasil perkebunan yang dilakukan xxx mengembalikan pengelolaan tanah tersebut kepada xxxxx masyarakat adat pada saat berakhirnya jangka waktu perjanjian. Sedangkan hak masyarakat adat selaku pemilik tanah selain mendapatkan bagian hasil perkebunan juga mendapatkan tanahnya kembali setelah berakhirnya perjanjian. Dikarenakan penggunaan tanah untuk usaha perkebunan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, maka banyak terjadi perubahan- perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian yang kadangkala tidak diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat, sehingga merugikan xxxxx masyarakat itu sendiri. Dengan terjadinya perubahan-perubahan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian tanpa diketahui oleh pihak xxxxx masyarakat adat Xxxx Xxxx, timbulah berbagai permasalahan berupa :

  • Remote Call Forwarding 4.2.10.1 As an option, BellSouth shall make available to CCI an unbundled port with Remote Call Forwarding capability (“URCF service”). URCF service combines the functionality of unbundled local switching, tandem switching and common transport to forward calls from the URCF service telephone number (the number dialed by the calling party) to another telephone number selected by the URCF service subscriber. When ordering URCF service, CCI will ensure that the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Mass Calling CLEC and Sprint shall cooperate and share pre-planning information, where available, regarding cross-network call-ins expected to generate large or focused temporary increases in call volumes, to prevent or mitigate the impact of these events on the public switched network.   • Religious Objectors Any employee covered hereby who maintains that she/he holds a sincere and bona fide religious belief that conflicts with an obligation to financially support MSEA-SEIU, public employee organizations or labor organizations in general may seek religious objector status by petitioning MSEA-SEIU. Any such employee who is found to hold a sincere and bona fide religious belief that conflicts with an obligation to financially support MSEA-SEIU, public employee organizations or labor organizations in general, shall have the right to refuse to make service fee payments; provided, however, that said right to refuse shall continue only so long as the employee makes contributions at least equal in amount to the service fee to a non-religious charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the employee so refusing and the Union, within ten (10) days after each payday. Part-time employees’ contributions to non-religious charitable organizations shall coincide in amount with the payments of those part-time employees paying the service fee. MSEA-SEIU shall not unreasonably deny the choice of such non-religious charitable organization suggested by the employee. An administrative or legal challenge to a denial of a petition for religious objector status may be filed in an appropriate forum. The State of Maine Office of Employee Relations is not such a forum. Should an employee have a pending written request for religious objector status or a pending administrative or legal challenge regarding their religious objector status, the State will continue to deduct an amount equal to the service fee from the employee’s pay until the request is granted or the challenge is resolved in the employee’s favor, and that amount will be placed by MSEA- SEIU in an interest-bearing escrow account pending resolution of such dispute or request. MSEA-SEIU shall pay for any maintenance fees associated with such escrow accounts. The State shall not be liable for any fees, costs, damages, expenses, or any other form of liability involved with regard to such escrow accounts. If an employee is granted religious objector status, MSEA- SEIU will notify the State of the employee’s religious objector status, and the State will cease automatic service fee deductions. It shall be the sole obligation of MSEA-SEIU to certify to the State the name of any employee who has failed to make timely contributions as a religious objector and has, thus, forfeited religious objector status. Once MSEA-SEIU has certified the employee’s name to the State, the State will commence and continue to automatically deduct the service fee from the employee’s pay as provided in Section 1.
