Mass Calling application refers to an AI application which generates a large number of calls in a short period of time to the same destination number.
Mass Calling means the involvement of instantaneous, high volume traffic that is routed to one or more destinations;

  • This Section describes the required and optional trunk groups for Local and Mass Calling.
