Which steps can be taken to ensure that the doctoral candidate has adequate opportunity to pursue his/ her doctoral research project besides his/ her additional tasks and responsibilities? On paragraph 2: Supervision and support Which tools shall be used for supervision and support (e.g. regular supervision meetings, doctoral colloquia)? How often should personal consultation meetings take place, and who is in charge of initiating the meetings? (It is also advisable to clarify modalities of preparation and follow-up) In which form and how often will feedback be provided on the dissertation? On paragraph 3: Management of conflicts What has to be done in case of conflicts? Who shall be involved in the case of conflicts? (e.g. participation in the “alternating teleworking program”, family-friendly agreements regarding working hours and meeting times, information regarding child-care facilities etc.) Which further support measures are required? 11 No legal rights may be derived from this supervision agreement. In particular, the signing of this agreement does not establish an employment relationship and does not constitute a claim for a doctorate. It rather governs the mutual rights and obligations of the doctoral candidate and supervisor.

  • Suggestions and Feedback If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback or input (“Customer Input”) related to our Services, we (and our corporate group entities) will own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Input, even if you have designated the Customer Input as confidential. We and our corporate group entities will be entitled to use the Customer Input without restriction.   • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3. The filing of this request for clarification will not postpone the effect of the Panel report nor the deadline for compliance of the adopted decision, unless the Panel decides otherwise.
