Individual Seniority. Except as provided in Section 4.3, individual seniority shall not be recognized or applied to employees working on the Project; provided, however, that group and/or classification seniority in a Union’s Schedule A as of the effective date of this Agreement shall he recognized for purposes of layoffs.

  • Equal Seniority If two (2) or more employees subject to layoff have equal class seniority, the determination as to who shall be laid off will be made on the basis of the greater hire date seniority, and if that be equal, then the determination shall be made by lot.
