Hook Stock Sample Clauses

The "Hook Stock" clause defines the terms under which certain shares or stock are set aside or reserved, often for specific purposes such as employee incentives or future issuance. Typically, this clause outlines the amount and type of stock designated as "hook stock," the conditions under which it may be issued or transferred, and any restrictions or rights attached to it. By clearly specifying these details, the clause helps ensure transparency in the allocation of shares and prevents disputes over ownership or dilution, thereby supporting orderly management of a company's equity structure.
