Stock definition

Stock means, with respect to any corporation, capital stock and, with respect to any other entity, any equity interest.
Stock means all shares, options, warrants, interests, participations, or other equivalents (regardless of how designated) of or in a Person, whether voting or nonvoting, including common stock, preferred stock, or any other “equity security” (as such term is defined in Rule 3a11-1 of the General Rules and Regulations promulgated by the SEC under the Exchange Act).
Stock means the Common Stock of the Company.
