Stock definition

Stock means, with respect to any corporation, capital stock and, with respect to any other entity, any equity interest.
Stock means the Common Stock of the Company.

  • In the event of the Participant’s death prior to the Settlement Date, delivery of shares of Common Stock pursuant to Section 6 shall be made to the duly appointed and qualified executor or other personal representative of the Participant, to be distributed in accordance with the Participant’s will or applicable intestacy law.
