Home Leave Trip. The Company will reimburse you and your eligible dependents for air travel to the United States in accordance with the Global Expatriate Assignment Policy. You will also be reimbursed for the expense of a rental car for up to a maximum of four weeks during your home leave trip in your home leave destination. Home leave may be taken after you have completed six months in your assignment location. Employees are not eligible for home leave within six months of your known repatriation date. Vacation time is utilized during home leave.

Home Leave Trip. The Employer shall provide the Employee and the Employee’s family with two (2) yearly home leave trips to Toronto, Canada. The flights will be in accordance with the applicable Travel Policy.
Home Leave Trip. You and accompanying family members (spouse/partner and child(ren) or pet(s) if applicable) will also be entitled to two home leave trips per rolling year to New York for personal travel (vacation time). Class of travel will be in accordance with business travel policy. Reimbursement of actual costs should be claimed via Workday Expenses.

  • Garden Leave 23.1 Following service of notice to terminate the employment by either party, or if the Employee purports to terminate the employment in breach of contract, the Company may by written notice place the Employee on Garden Leave for the whole or part of the remainder of the employment.

  • Vacation; Leave The Executive shall be entitled to sick leave and paid annual vacation in accordance with policies established from time to time by the Employer. In addition to paid vacations and other leave, the boards of directors may grant the Executive a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the boards of directors may determine.

  • Medical Benefits The Company shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the Employee's group health, vision and dental plan coverage in effect until the end of the Termination Period. The Employee may use this payment, as well as any other payment made under this Section 6, for such continuation coverage or for any other purpose. To the extent the Employee pays the cost of such coverage, and the cost of such coverage is not deductible as a medical expense by the Employee, the Company shall "gross-up" the amount of such reimbursement for all taxes payable by the Employee on the amount of such reimbursement and the amount of such gross-up.

  • Paid Leave Executive will be eligible to receive paid leave for vacation and/or sick leave consistent with policies adopted by the Company from time to time. Executive also will be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Company to its employees generally. Scheduling and use of paid leave and, if applicable, accrual of and compensation for unused paid leave, will be subject to the Company’s policies and procedures, as modified from time to time.

  • Retiree Medical Benefits If Executive is or would become fifty-five (55) or older and Executive's age and service equal sixty-five (65) and Executive has at least five (5) years of service with the Company within two (2) years of Change in Control, Executive is eligible for retiree medical benefits (as such are determined immediately prior to Change in Control). Executive is eligible to commence receiving such retiree medical benefits based on the terms and conditions of the applicable plans in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control.

  • Vacations and Leave a. Executive may take vacations and other leave in accordance with the Bank’s policy for senior executives, or otherwise as approved by the Board.
