HEATING INCLUDING. DUCTWORK Refer to 1. Air conditioning and Heating above A maximum of 1 unit is covered per Agreement. A maximum covered amount of $5,000 is allowed per claim. COVERED NOT COVERED All components and parts of the following heating system(s): forced air (gas, electric, oil), geothermal, floor furnaces, package units, heat pumps, mini-splits, hot water or steam circulating heat, electric baseboard (if main source of heat to the home or room),except those shown in the Not Covered section. With regard to ductwork, except as otherwise noted above, the following are covered: plenums, leaks or breaks in ductwork from heating and/or air conditioning unit(s) including registers or grills. Chimneys, flues, and liners; cleaning and re-lighting of burners, concrete encased or inaccessible ductwork, concrete encased steam or radiant heating coils or lines, conditions of water flow restriction due to scale, minerals and other deposits, fossil fuel control systems and other energy management systems and controls, dampers, asbestos insulated ductwork or piping, free- standing or portable heating units, fuel storage tanks, lines, and filters; gas log systems, including gas feed lines, humidifiers, inaccessible water/steam lines leading to or from system, individual space heaters, pressure regulators. radiant heating systems built into walls, solar heating devices and components, cable heat, outside or underground piping, well pump, and well pump components for geothermal and/or water source heat pump, interconnecting refrigerant lines (external of the equipment), Fuel storage tanks, portable units, Fireplace, grain, pellet, or wood heating units (even if only source of heating) and legally mandated diagnostic testing when replacing heating or cooling equipment.

  • Heating The Hirer shall ensure that no unauthorised heating appliances shall be used on the premises when open to the public without the consent of the management committee. Portable Liquefied Propane Gas (LPG) heating appliances shall not be used.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.

  • Horizontal Movement The Board encourages all unit members to improve their skills through advanced training and, as an inducement thereto, provides extra compensation for those who do so successfully. The Board delegates to the Superintendent the responsibility for assuring that unit members comply with the following regulations when claiming credit for advanced studies.

  • Wet Weather In the event of wet weather, work in the open will continue until the particular work in hand can no longer be done safely and efficiently. Whilst it is raining, employees will be required to: Continue to work under cover or relocate to alternative work under cover, on site. Obtain materials and services for employees working under cover where there is only minimal exposure to inclement weather. When required, perform emergency and safety work. In addition, work on unexpected breakdowns, which can be corrected in limited time duration. Should a portion of the project be affected by wet weather, all other employees not so affected shall continue working in accordance with award conditions, regardless that some employees may be entitled to cease work due to wet weather. If a halt to productive work occurs due to inclement weather, the parties agree that employees may be relocated to other unaffected sites. Where the above steps are not possible, affected employees may be required to attend tool box meetings, work planning sessions or skills development activities, all of which will count as productive time for payment purposes.

  • Toileting the ability to use the lavatory or otherwise manage bowel and bladder functions so as to maintain a satisfactory level of personal hygiene;

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Measurement Should the State terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees other than fees due and payable at the time of termination shall thereafter be paid to the Engineer. In determining the value of the work performed by the Engineer prior to termination, the State shall be the sole judge. Compensation for work at termination will be based on a percentage of the work completed at that time. Should the State terminate this contract under paragraph (4) or (5) above, the Engineer shall not incur costs during the thirty-day notice period in excess of the amount incurred during the preceding thirty days.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Carpet Cleaning Shampooing carpets with the deep dirt extraction (steam cleaning) method per manufactures recommendations.

  • Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.
