HANDOVER AND TAKEOVER OF THE WORK. 10.1 The contractor shall be obliged to announce in writing no later than five days in advance when the work will be prepared for handover. The client shall be then obliged to commence takeover proceedings no later than within three days following the date determined by the contractor and duly continue in such proceedings.

HANDOVER AND TAKEOVER OF THE WORK. 5.1 Handover and takeover of the Work will take place on the basis of the acceptance procedure which has five (5) stages:
HANDOVER AND TAKEOVER OF THE WORK. When the Work has been properly executed, the Contracting Parties are obliged to draw up a handover protocol on the handover and takeover of the Work, which will be dated and signed by both Contracting Parties. In case it has been found out that the Work is defective, the Customer is obliged to complain in writing of such defects in the handover protocol. In the handover protocol, the Contracting Parties shall agree on the deadline for the elimination of defects. If the Customer does not complain of the defects at the time of the handover, the Work is considered to be submitted properly and in a timely manner, without defects or backlogs. The person authorized by the Customer to take over the Work is xxxxx. The person authorized by the Contractor to hand over the Work is xxxxxxx. HANDOVER AND TAKEOVER OF THE WORK. The handover and takeover of the Properly Completed Work shall take place based on the acceptance procedure consisting of: the signing of the handover report. Certificate of conformity of Interior seats under ČSN EN 13501-1 or its equivalent, issued by the relevant authority. Materials used for Interior seats shall comply with criteria for class D-s1 or D-s2 fire reaction at worst. Following the Installation of Interior Seats, the Contractor shall ask the Client to take the Properly Completed Work over. If during the handover procedure it is discovered that Work does not contain any Defects, the Parties undertake to sign a handover report. In case that the Work does contain Defects, the Client is entitled to Refuse the takeover or Accept the Work. In such case the handover report shall contain a list of the remaining Defects and the deadline for their elimination or another procedure of compensation (e.g. discount from Price etc.)

Time for setting construction stakes may be modified by written agreement. If Forest Service performs construction staking for Specified Roads, timing of such staking shall permit Contrac- tor’s clearing and other construction activity to proceed without hindrance or delay, provided Contractor’s construction activity is reasonably consistent with needs identified in Contractor’s Operating Schedule or amendments thereto. Should Forest Service be unable to perform construction staking in such reasonable period, upon written agree- ment, Contractor shall assume the responsibility for construction staking for agreed upon portions of Specified Roads.
