Handling Service Inquiries and Complaints. The Contractor shall log all inquiries and service complaints. The Contractor shall provide prompt response and follow-up to such inquiries and complaints. Such responses shall be subject to the limitations imposed by patient confidentiality restrictions. Contractor shall on a monthly basis submit to the County a list of all complaints received and their appropriate disposition/resolution. Copies of any inquiries and resolutions of a clinical nature shall also be referred to the Medical Director within twenty-four (24) hours.

The Contractor shall provide prompt response and follow-up to such inquiries and complaints and document those responses for the County’s periodic review as provided herein. Such responses shall be retained and reported with appropriate attention paid to patient confidentiality. The Contractor shall on a monthly basis submit to the County a list of all complaints received and their disposition, status, or resolution. Copies of any inquiries and resolutions of a clinical nature shall also be referred to the Medical Director within twenty-four (24) hours of the Contractor’s receipt of same.
