No Party may Clause Samples
The "No Party may" clause serves to explicitly prohibit certain actions or behaviors by any party involved in the agreement. Typically, this clause is followed by a list of specific activities or decisions that are not permitted, such as disclosing confidential information, assigning rights without consent, or making unauthorized changes to the contract. By clearly outlining these restrictions, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aware of their boundaries, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and maintaining the integrity of the agreement.
No Party may. (i) require labour certification tests or other like procedures, as a condition for temporary entry as set out in paragraph 1.
(ii) impose or maintain restrictions on the number of persons relating to temporary entry in accordance with paragraph 1.
No Party may. (a) As a condition for granting temporary entry under paragraph 1 or 3, require prior approval procedures, petitions, labour certification tests or other procedures of similar effect; or
(b) impose or maintain any numerical restriction relating to temporary entry under paragraph 1 or 3.
No Party may. (i) as a condition to granting an entry permit in accordance with paragraph 1, require prior approval procedures, requests, labour certification tests for work certificates of other like procedures, and
(ii) impose nor maintain any restrictions on the number of persons relating to temporary entry in accordance with paragraph 1 or 4.
6. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 5, a Party may require a business person seeking temporary entry in accordance with this section, to obtain a prior entry, a visa or its equivalent. The Parties shall consult among themselves in order to avoid and/or eliminate the requirements of a visa or its equivalent.
No Party may. 1.1 assign, transfer, charge or deal in any way with the benefit of, or any of its rights under or interest in, this Agreement; or 16.
No Party may. 11.1.1 assign, transfer or encumber any of its rights under or interests in this Agreement; or
11.1.2 sub-contract any or all of its respective obligations under this Agreement, without the prior written consent of the other Parties.
