Uber Services mean Uber’s electronic services rendered via a digital technology platform, being on-­‐demand intermediary and related services that enable transportation providers to provide Transportation Services to Users seeking Transportation Services; such Uber Services include Uber’s software, websites, payment services, and related support services systems, as may be updated or modified by Uber at its discretion from time to time.

Uber Services means the provision of lead generation services, being on-demand intermediary and related services rendered via a digital technology application (Provider App) that enables independent providers of delivery services to seek, receive and fulfil on- demand requests for Delivery Services. Uber services do not include any Delivery Services or any other services excluded under this Agreement.

Examples of Uber Services in a sentence

  • Supplemental terms may apply to your use of the Uber Services, such as use policies or terms related to certain features and functionality, which may be modified from time to time (“Supplemental Terms”).

  • Continued use of the Uber Services after any such change in the Service Fee calculation shall constitute your consent to such change.

  • Such receipts are also provided to you via email or the online portal available to you through the Uber Services.

  • You hereby acknowledge and agree that, by using the Uber Services, or downloading, installing or using the Driver App, you are bound by any future amendments and additions to this Agreement, information referenced at hyperlinks herein, or documents incorporated herein, including with respect to Fare Calculations.

  • You agree that: (a) Company Devices may only be used for the purpose of enabling your access to the Uber Services; and (b) Company Devices may not be transferred, loaned, sold or otherwise provided in any manner to any party other than you.

  • Continued use of the Uber Services after any such change in the Fare Calculation shall constitute Customer’s consent to such change.

Related to Uber Services

  • Member Services are hereby defined as any products or services now or hereafter provided or sponsored by the Credit Union or otherwise made available to Credit Union members, which services include, but are not limited to: loans, deposit accounts, ATM services, online banking services, and other electronic fund transfer services.
