Common use of Group Leader Premium Clause in Contracts

Group Leader Premium. (a) A Group Leader is an Employee who has been designated as such by the Supervisor to co-ordinate the work of other Employees or is required to fill in for the Supervisor in the Supervisor’s absence. This responsibility is additional to the Employee's regular work. A Group Leader does not have the right to discipline Employees but is responsible to the Supervisor for the efficient performance of the work of the Employees assigned to the Group Leader. This does not constitute an occupational classification for seniority purposes.
