Recognizing that the interest of the community and the job security of the employees depends upon the Employer's ability to continue to provide proper services to the community, the Employer and the Union, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, stipulations and conditions hereinafter specified, agree to abide by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Any reference to the male gender in this agreement is for convenience only and does not imply any exclusion of the female gender.
