GRANT OF MEMBERSHIP. For and in consideration of the payment of the Membership Amount, Member will receive the number of Membership(s) set forth in this Membership Agreement, each of which shall (x) obligate Member to purchase Warriors Season Tickets and (y) grant Member an opportunity to purchase Playoff Tickets (to the extent applicable) and one or more ticket(s) to certain Events, as provided in Section 4 of this Exhibit C and otherwise in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Membership Agreement. This Membership Agreement gives Member rights of personal privilege only and does not under any circumstance give or grant to Member any leasehold, title, interest or other rights of any kind in any specific real or personal property.

GRANT OF MEMBERSHIP. The CITY grants to the MEMBER a Membership for exclusive use and occupancy of communal office space located in the building identified municipally as 000 0xx Xxxxxx XX Xxxxx 000 (the “Building”) to use and occupy in common with others, the common areas of the Premises, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing: the halls, stairways, corridors, washrooms, elevators and service areas.

  • Transfer of Membership Membership shall not be transferred except with the approval and consent of the Board of Managers and in accordance with the Capital Units Transfer System.

  • Transfer of Membership Interest The Sole Member may Transfer any part or all of its rights and interest (including, but not limited to, its Capital Account) in the Company (each a “Membership Interest”) now owned or hereafter acquired to any Person, and the transferee of such Membership Interest shall become a Member of the Company.

  • Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed. Up to one (1) representative from each of the four (4) employee bargaining agencies at the other education workers tables will be invited to participate on the Committee.

  • Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. A copy of such Constitution and By-Laws, and any changes thereto, shall be transmitted to the Company.

  • Suspension of Membership 1. If a member fails to fulfill any of its obligations to the Bank, the Board of Governors may suspend such member by a Super Majority vote as provided in Article 28.

  • POWERS OF MEMBERS The Members shall have the power to exercise any and all rights or powers granted to the Members pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement. Except as expressly provided herein, the Members shall have no power to bind the Company and no authority to act on behalf of the Company.

  • Professional Memberships Each employee is eligible for reimbursement for membership fees or dues paid for the maintenance of a license required to perform employee’s job and for dues paid for membership in one additional job related professional association.

  • Interest of Members of Congress No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States will be admitted to any share or part of this contract or to any benefit arising therefrom.

  • COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.
