Chapter 333, F.S., Airport Zoning, and Title 14 CFR Code of Federal Regulations Part 77, Objects Affecting Navigable Airspace, ‘Safe, Efficient Use, and Preservation of the Navigable Airspace’ subparts A, B, and C shall be utilized to clarify ambiguities, if any, with regard to all aspects of the Agreement, including its scope, use, obstruction standards and definitions. However, this Agreement shall not be construed to incorporate the existing Ch.apter 333 or Part 77. Governing Statutes. This Lease is subject to the applicable terms of the Nonresidential Landlord and Tenant Act (Section 83, Florida Statutes) and any other applicable Florida law.
