City Attorney means the City Attorney of the City or any person designated by the City Attorney to perform one or more of the duties of the City Attorney under this Agreement.
County Attorney means the County Attorney of the County of Suffolk.
District attorney means any of the following:
Deputy means any person employed by the department designated as a deputy, who possesses special, technical, scien- tific, managerial or personal abilities or qualities in matters within the jurisdiction of the department, and who may be engaged in the performance of duties under the direction of the secretary, calling for the exercise of such abilities or qualities.
Participating attorney means an attorney who is authorized to participate in the title guaranty program, who is in full compliance with the attorney’s participation agreement, the Code of Iowa, these rules, the manual, staff supplements, and any other written or oral instructions or requirements given by the division, and who is not subject to current disciplinary proceedings by the Iowa supreme court that preclude the attorney from practicing law in this state.
Deputy Commissioner means the Deputy Commissioner of the district;
The Attorney General has counseled that a contractually imposed obligation of indemnity creates a "debt" in the constitutional sense. Tex. Att'y Gen. Op. No. MW-475 (1982). Contract clauses which require the System or institutions to
Department Director means the director of the department of human rights.
Deputy Chairman means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chairman’s duties if the Chairman is absent for any reason.
Deputy Chair means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chair’s duties if the Chair is absent for any reason
Deputy President means a Deputy President of the Tribunal;
Deputy Director means the Deputy Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
Director of Public Works means the Director of Public Works for the Town, or their designate.
Deputy Minister means the Deputy Minister of the Ministry.
Deputy Governor means a person nominated by the governor in accordance with Article 180 of the Constitution;
Chief Commissioner s section” means a section that, immediately before the commencement, referred to action of the commissioner and after the commencement refers to action of the chief commissioner.
Attorney General means the Attorney General of the State of Texas.
Procurement Director or “System SCM Director” shall mean the System Director of Supply Chain Management who serves as chief procurement officer for the CCH.
Deputy Secretary means the person holding, acting in, or performing the duties of Deputy Secretary of Higher Education and Skills in the Department.
Legal guardian means a person recognized by a court of law as having the duty of taking care of the person and managing the property and rights of an individual that is placed with such person by judgment, decree or other order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
Commissioner General means the Commissioner-General appointed under the Zambia Revenue Authority Act;
Bona fide association means, with respect to health insurance coverage offered in this
Prosecuting attorney means the prosecuting attorney for a county, an assistant prosecuting attorney for a county, the attorney general, the deputy attorney general, an assistant attorney general, a special prosecuting attorney, or, in connection with the prosecution of an ordinance violation, an attorney for the political subdivision that enacted the ordinance upon which the violation is based.
Deputy Assistant Secretary as used in this clause, means the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Federal Contract Compliance, U.S. Department of Labor, or a designee.
Community Development Director means the Director of City’s Department of Community Development or his or her designee.
Assistant Director means the Asstt. Director of the Authority, as the case may be.
