GIS System Data. All surveyed as-built data is to be provided in Wisconsin Xxxxx Xxxxx XXX 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx System – South Zone (horizontal reference) and in National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (vertical reference). The text (.txt) file is to have the following format: comma delimited, PNEZD (Point Number, Northing, Easting, Elevation, Data). Surveyed as-built data is to include at minimum: northeast flange bolt elevation/location of hydrants (HYD), all water valves including blow-off valves (WTV), water stop boxes located at the property line (WBX), water main location (WTM, if available), center of sanitary sewer manholes (MHS), sanitary sewer lateral at property line (SAN), center of storm sewer manholes (MST), middle of flow line for storm catch basins round/square (CBR/CBS), end of pipe as polyvinyl chloride, corrugated metal, reinforced concrete… (PVC/CMP/RCP) plus diameter in inches ([dia]”, or [dia]”x[dia}” for horizontal-elliptical pipes), any overflow structures (OFL), and spillway details (SPW). All costs for the collection and integration of GPS field data shall be paid for by the Developer.

GIS System Data. The Developer shall obtain all GPS field data for the sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water distribution system, and roads to update the Village GIS System. All data shall be tied into the Wisconsin State Plane Coordinate SystemSouth Zone (NAD 1927) and the National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. GPS field data shall be in ESRI shape file format. All costs for the collection and integration of GPS field data shall be paid for by the Developer.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Customer Data 5.1 The Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all of the Customer Data and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of the Customer Data.

  • Client Data The Subrecipient shall maintain client data demonstrating client eligibility for services provided. Such data shall include, but not be limited to, client name, address, income level or other basis for determining eligibility, and description of service provided. Such information shall be made available to Grantee monitors or their designees for review upon request.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor. The Software may contain an automatic disabling mechanism that prevents its use after a certain period of time. RESTRICTIONS

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
