General Statement of Method of Payment. 3.1.1 The method of payment for this contract includes advances, cost reimbursement, fixed rate, and unit rate for services. The Sub-recipient shall ensure fixed unit rates for services include only those costs that are in accordance with all applicable state and federal statutes and regulations and are supported by audited historical costs when an independent audit is required. The Sub-recipient shall establish unit rates for the units of service and ensure these are entered into CIRTS. The Sub-recipient shall consolidate all requests for payment from subcontractors and expenditure reports that support requests for payment and shall submit to the AAAPP on forms 105D (ATTACHMENT X, Exhibit-1), and106D (ATTACHMENT XI). An amendment is required to change the total amount of the contract.

Payment may be authorized for all allowable expenditures to complete the tasks identified in the deliverables, as required by the agreement.   • Method of Billing Consultant may submit invoices to the City for approval on a progress basis, but no more often than two times a month.
