If the Contractor fails to meet the prescribed quality standards for services, such services will not be reimbursed under this contract. In addition, any nonconforming goods and/or services not meeting such standards will not be reimbursed under this contract. The Contractor’s signature on the Request for Payment Form certifies maintenance of supporting documentation and acknowledgement that the Contractor shall solely bear the costs associated with preparing or providing nonconforming goods and/or services. The Agency requires immediate notice of any significant and/or systemic infractions that compromise the quality, security, or continuity of services to clients.
