Date for Final Request for Payment. The final request for payment will be due to the AAAPP no later than July 5, 2023. If the final request for payment is not received by the 5th of the month the vendor payment may be withheld by the AAAPP.

Date for Final Request for Payment. (1) The final request for payment will be due to the AAAPP no later than December 22, 2009. This contract is for services provided during the 2008 Federal Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009; however, the contract is in effect through December 31, 2009. The additional three months (October 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009) are to allow rates to be adjusted for the service period. This contract shall automatically terminate after the final rate for the federal fiscal year has been established and the release of final payments are authorized by the DOEA.
(2) In the event that the final reimbursement rate is greater or less than the rate in Attachment I, Paragraph 3.1, then this contract shall be appropriately adjusted upon notice from the AAAPP's contract manager.
