General Non-Compensatory Leave. An employee may request a leave without pay or benefits for any reason, up to one (1) year in length. General non-compensatory leaves may be granted only once within a five (5) year period.

General Non-Compensatory Leave. The District, at its sole discretion, may grant leave without pay or benefits, up to one (1) year in length. Information regarding application and return procedures and conditions for such leave is available from the District’s Human Resource Department.
