Notification of Intent to Return. In leaves covered in this section, the faculty member shall sign an Agreement that the faculty member shall notify the Chancellor prior to March 15 (December 1 for Fall Semester leaves) if the faculty member does not intend to return to District employment at the expiration of the leave. Either failure to provide such notice or failure to return shall constitute a breach of contract.
