Further Advice and Assurances. All information which the Subscriber has provided to the REIT is correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Subscriber agrees to notify the REIT immediately if any representation or warranty contained in this Subscription Agreement, including any information provided pursuant to the schedules hereto, becomes untrue prior to Closing. The Subscriber agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the REIT may reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Subscriber's representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the REIT may be subject.
Further Advice and Assurances. All information that the Investor has provided to the Company is correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Investor agrees to notify the Company immediately if any representation or warranty contained in this Subscription Agreement becomes untrue prior to the Company's acceptance of the Investor's subscription. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the Company may reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Investor's representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the Company may be subject. .
Further Advice and Assurances. The Subscriber agrees to provide additional information regarding its investment experience, financial position or otherwise, to MlAI or the Selling Agent, as they may reasonably request.

All information which the Subscriber has provided to the Series is true, correct, and complete in all material respects as of the date hereof, and the Subscriber agrees to notify the Series promptly upon becoming aware of any representation, warranty or information contained in this Subscription Agreement being untrue in any respect at any time. The Subscriber agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents with respect to itself and its direct and indirect beneficial owners as the Series may from time to time reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Subscriber’s representations and warranties herein, establish the identity of the Subscriber and the direct and indirect participants in its investment in the Series, to the extent applicable, to effect any transfer and admission and/or comply with any law, rule or regulation to which the Series may be subject, including, without limitation, compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations or for any other reasonable purpose.

All information that the Investor has provided to the Manager and/or the Fund (including, without limitation, the information in this Subscription Agreement and in the On-Line Investor Response) is true, correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Investor agrees to notify the Manager immediately if any representation, warranty or information contained in this Subscription Agreement (including, without limitation, the On- Line Investor Response) becomes untrue at any time. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents regarding itself and all of its beneficial owners as the Fund may reasonably request from time to time to verify the accuracy of the Investor’s representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law, rule or regulation to which the Fund may be subject (including, without limitation, compliance with anti-money laundering laws). The Investor agrees to respond promptly to each questionnaire from the Manager requesting information as to the ownership of the Investor’s Interests and agrees to provide the Manager with such other documents, declarations and other evidence or information as the Manager may reasonably request.
Further Advice and Assurances. The Subscriber agrees to provide additional information regarding its investment experience, financial position or otherwise, to MLAI or the Selling Agent, as they may reasonably request. If the Subscriber is an entity, MLAI, in its sole discretion, may require the Subscriber to submit a copy of its articles of incorporation, by-laws, authorizing resolution, partnership agreement, trust agreement, operating agreement or other related documents, as the case may be. Alternatively, entities may be required to submit an opinion of counsel to the effect that the investment proposed to be made in the FuturesAccess Fund(s) by the Subscriber is authorized.

All information which the Lender has provided to the Company, including the information on the signature page hereof, is correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Lender agrees to notify the Company immediately if any representation, warranty or information contained in this Subscription Agreement becomes untrue at any time. The Lender agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents as the Company may reasonably request from time to time to verify the accuracy of the Lender’s representations and warranties herein or to comply with any law or regulation to which the Company may be subject.

All information which the Investor has provided to the Company, including the information in the Investor Questionnaire, is true, correct and complete as of the date hereof, and the Investor agrees to notify the Company immediately if any representation, warranty or information contained in this Subscription Agreement or any of the information in the Investor Questionnaire becomes untrue at any time. The Investor agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents with Copy No.: For the Exclusive Use of: respect to itself and its direct and indirect beneficial owners as the Company may from time to time reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Investor’s representations and warranties herein, establish the identity of the Investor and the direct and indirect participants in its investment in Shares, to the extent applicable, to effect any transfer and admission and/or to comply with any law, rule or regulation to which the Company may be subject, including, without limitation, compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations or for any other reasonable purpose.

All information which the Subscriber has provided to the Related Parties is true, correct and complete in all material respects as of the date hereof, and the Subscriber agrees to notify the Fund and the Investment Manager promptly, but in any event within thirty (30) calendar days, upon becoming aware of any representation, warranty or information contained in this Subscription Agreement being untrue in any respect at any time. The Subscriber agrees to provide such information and execute and deliver such documents with respect to itself and its direct and indirect beneficial owners as the Fund may from time to time reasonably request to verify the accuracy of the Subscriber’s representations and warranties herein, establish the identity of the Subscriber and the direct and indirect participants in its investment in the Fund, to the extent applicable, to effect any transfer and admission and/or comply with any law, rule or regulation to which the Fund may be subject, including, without limitation, compliance with anti-money laundering laws and regulations or for any other reasonable purpose.
