Counterparts; Binding on Assignees. This Subscription Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument binding upon all parties signatories thereto. Delivery of an executed signature page of this Subscription Agreement by electronic transmission (DocuSign or website click-through or equivalent or by electronic mail in portable document format (PDF)) will be effective as delivery of a manually executed signature page of this Subscription Agreement.
