French Language a. Where a dispute arises uniquely under a collective agreement in the French language, the documentation shall be provided, and the proceedings conducted in French. Interpretative and translation services shall be provided accordingly.

Interpretative and translation services shall be provided accordingly to ensure that non-francophone participants are able to participate effectively.

French Language. Participant has expressly requested that this Award Agreement, the Plan and all documents related thereto be drafted in English. Le participant a demandé que cette entente, le Plan et tous documents connexes soient rédigés en anglais.1
French Language. The Statement of Pledge executed by the Pledgor pursuant to Clause 3.2 shall be made in the French language and accompanied by an English translation. The French language version of the Statement of Pledge shall prevail over any English translation and shall be binding on the Pledgor.
