FORMAL COMPLAINTS ABOUT UNIT II MEMBERS. Unit II members will be notified of any formal allegations made against their conduct, character, performance, or personality. The immediate supervisor shall confer with the member to apprise him/her of the alleged complaint, including the name of the complainant.
