Forbidden Countries. (a) The Affiliate may only target marketing to citizens or residents of the countries in the compensation group 1 to 4 as set out in the Appendix 1 to this Agreement and included in the Affiliate Section, as may be updated from time to time by IG in its sole and absolute discretion.

Syncro and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities.
