FOP BUSINESS / STEWARDS. 5.1 The University agrees that the FOP Staff Representative and/or his/her designated representative shall have access to the University/Department premises during working hours to review working conditions, investigate and/or process grievances, or conduct any other official FOP business, except where prohibited by law, and provided that such access does not interfere with an employee’s duties or any other aspect of Departmental operations.
