FITNESS TO TRAVEL. At the time of effecting this insurance the Insured Person must be fit to travel and not be aware of any circumstances which can lead to claim under this Policy, otherwise any claim can be jeopardized. POLICY INTERPRETATION: The Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with Macau laws. PHYSICAL EXAMINATION AND AUTOPSY: The Company at its own expense shall have the right and opportunity to conduct medical examination on the Insured Person when and as often as it may reasonably require during the pendency of a claim under Section 2 - Personal Accident of this Policy and to make an autopsy in the case of death where it is not forbidden by law. LEGAL ACTIONS: No action at law or in equity shall be brought to recover on this Policy prior to the expiration of sixty (60) days after written proof of loss has been furnished in accordance with the requirements of the Policy.
