Final Invoice/ Submission. Contractor must submit requests for reimbursement on a County MFR form (Exhibit IV) or any other form designated by County, and appropriate backup documentation, monthly within thirty (30) days following the end of the final month of the funding allocation term, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by County. Contractor must demonstrate that administrative costs for this Contract do not exceed 10 percent of the total award. Contractor will not be reimbursed for expenditures exceeding the total amounts allocated by County for each strategy. Contractor shall submit program and progress reports required by County and maint a i n backup documentation and submit to the County when requested. Contractor shall provide other reports County determines necessary to accomplish the objectives of this Contract and to monitor compliance. All reports shall be completed to the satisfaction of County for reimbursement vouchers to be processed. If the reports do not meet these conditions, County may withhold payment or impose other sanctions as deemed necessary by County. If reimbursement vouchers are submitted after the due date, Contractor risks a delay or denial of reimbursement at the discretion of County depending on factors such as availability of funds. Contractor shall submit final requests for reimbursement of payment, or revisions to previous reimbursement request(s), no later than:   30 days following the end of the final month of the funding allocation term (deadline subject to change based on administrative agency requirements)  The above funding periods and invoice submission deadline shall reset accordingly for subsequent funding years covered by this Contract. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Contractor understands and agrees that request for reimbursement must be submitted timely or County, in its sole discretion, may deobligate funds, which may result in a loss of funding for Contractor.

  • Invoice Submission The Contractor shall accept payment of invoices via EFT. Invoice submission information shall be contained in each individual Order. Payment of invoices will be made by the payment office designated in each individual Order.

  • Invoice Submittal DEO shall reimburse Subrecipient in accordance with Section 6, above. In accordance with the Funding Requirements of s. 215.971(1), F.S. and Section 21 of this Agreement, Subrecipient and its subcontractors may only expend funding under this Agreement for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during this Agreement. To be eligible for reimbursement, costs must be in compliance with laws, rules and regulations applicable to expenditures of State funds, including, but not limited to, the Reference Guide for State Expenditures (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/Division/AA/Manuals/documents/ReferenceGuideforStateExpenditures.pdf).

  • Final Invoice Within six months after completion of the construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide an invoice of the final cost of the construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades, determined in accordance with Attachment S to the NYISO OATT, and shall set forth such costs in sufficient detail to enable Developer to compare the actual costs with the estimates and to ascertain deviations, if any, from the cost estimates. Connecting Transmission Owner shall refund to Developer any amount by which the actual payment by Developer for estimated costs exceeds the actual costs of construction within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the issuance of such final construction invoice.

  • FINAL BILLING SUBMISSION Unless otherwise provided by the System Agency, Grantee shall submit a reimbursement or payment request as a final close-out invoice not later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the term of the Contract. Reimbursement or payment requests received after the deadline may not be paid.

  • Disputed Invoices If the Trader or the Distributor disputes a Tax Invoice (which includes a Revision Invoice) issued under this clause 9, the party disputing the invoice ("Disputing Party") must notify the other party ("Non-disputing Party") in writing and provide details as to the reasons why the Disputing Party disputes that invoice within 18 months of the date of the first Tax Invoice issued in respect of the Distribution Services charges the subject of the disputed Tax Invoice ("Invoice Dispute"). On receiving an Invoice Dispute notice, the Non-disputing Party must:

  • Invoice Format Invoices furnished by Contractor under this Agreement must be in a form acceptable to the Controller and City, and must include a unique invoice number. Payment shall be made by City as specified in 3.3.6 or in such alternate manner as the Parties have mutually agreed upon in writing.

  • Invoice System The Contractor shall submit invoices using State Form A-19 Invoice Voucher, or such other form as designated by DSHS. Consideration for services rendered shall be payable upon receipt of properly completed invoices which shall be submitted to by the Contractor not more often than monthly. The invoices shall describe and document to DSHS’ satisfaction a description of the work performed, activities accomplished, the progress of the project, and fees. The rates shall be in accordance with those set forth in Section 4, Consideration, of this Contract.

  • Disputed Invoice If Customer disputes any portion of an invoice, Customer must pay the undisputed portion of the invoice and submit a written claim, including all documentation substantiating Customer’s claim, to Comcast for the disputed amount of the invoice by the invoice due date. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. However, should the parties fail to mutually resolve the dispute within sixty (60) days after the dispute was submitted to Comcast, all disputed amounts shall become immediately due and payable to Comcast.

  • REPORT SUBMISSION 1. Copies of reporting packages for audits conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F-Audit Requirements, and required by PART I of this form shall be submitted, when required by 2 CFR 200.512, by or on behalf of the recipient directly to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) as provided in 2 CFR 200.36 and 200.512

  • Invoice Data The Contractor shall report invoice data from each paid or remitted invoice within 30 calendar days after the end of the reporting quarter, including the invoice data on task orders issued through the GSA AAS Business System Portal. (Note: Whatever method the Contractor chooses (e.g., “each paid” or “remitted”) the Contractor must be consistent in their reporting method throughout the term of the OASIS Contract). If no Invoice Data was received during a required reporting period for a specific task order, the Contractor shall report in the “Zero Invoice Data” screen located in the CPRM system for that particular task order. Regardless of contract type, the Contractor shall report the following into the CPRM:
