Existing Grants. Executive shall be entitled to the benefit of all stock option, restricted share and performance unit grants heretofore made in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to each thereof.
Existing Grants. The Parties further acknowledge and agree that pursuant to the Cross-License Agreement, Medarex has granted a non-exclusive license under certain Medarex Patents to Exploit Antibody Products, including Collaboration Products, `With respect to Antigens, including the Collaboration Targets, in the Territory.

Celldex acknowledges and agrees that: (a) pursuant to the Cross License Agreement, Medarex has granted a non-exclusive license under certain Medarex Patent Rights to develop and commercialize antibody products with respect to antigens, including Research Antigens, in the Territory; and (b) pursuant to certain existing agreements with third parties, Medarex has granted exclusive rights under the Medarex Technology to develop antibody product(s) with respect to antigens other than Research Antigens, which antibody product(s) could comprise the same antibody(ies) as a Licensed Antibody(ies).
Existing Grants. Attached as Exhibit A to this Agreement is a list of your options to purchase shares of common stock of VeriSign, Inc., restricted stock units (“RSU’s”) of VeriSign, Inc. and restricted stock awards (“RSA’s”) of VeriSign, Inc., each in the amounts, received on the grant dates and with the exercise prices (for stock options only) as reflected in Exhibit A. You agree that, except as reflected in Exhibit A you have no rights to VeriSign stock options, restricted stock units or restricted stock awards. Except as may be expressly modified in this Agreement, all VeriSign stock options, RSU’s and RSA’s may be exercised only in accordance with the terms of the applicable stock option plans, notices of grant and option or RSU or RSA agreements.
Existing Grants. As of the date of this Agreement, the County is not a party to any existing grant agreements for the benefit of the Property Appraiser as a charter officer.

The Company has previously granted to the Executive options to purchase up to an aggregate of 4,532,004 shares of the Company’s common stock (the “Common Stock”) pursuant to the Company’s 2019 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Existing Options”) and 245,434 shares of restricted stock (the “Stock”) subject to vesting and other conditions described therein.
