Exclusive Hiring. Whenever any contractor has need to hire any employee to perform work covered by this Agreement, he shall obtain such employees through the Hiring Halls established by this Agreement. This shall include, but not be limited to journeymen, apprentices, foremen and general foremen categories. He shall notify the local union office, either in writing or by telephone, stating the location, the time, the type of work to be performed and the number of employees required. No Employer shall advertise for employees without the written consent of the Joint Hiring Committee and without prior compliance with other provisions of Article II.

  • Exclusive Use (A) After the Occupancy Date, Lessee expressly agrees and warrants that the Leased Premises will be used exclusively as a Champps Restaurant or other casual dining sit-down restaurant. In any other such case, after obtaining Lessor's prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Lessee may conduct any lawful business from the Leased Premises.
