Evidence supporting claims. To be entitled to personal leave pay an employee must produce or forward within 48 hours of the commencement of such absence, evidence satisfactory to the employer that his or her non-attendance was due to circumstances giving rise to an entitlement to paid personal leave under this clause (including provisions of a medical certificate if required by the employer).
