Supporting Evidence means the evidence and documents to be furnished to the World Bank in accordance with Section 3.04 (b) in connection with an Application.

Supporting Evidence means documents you provide as evidence that your Offer meets the Criteria, including audit reports, standard operating procedures, incident response plans, penetration test reports, data protection impact assessments, data flow diagrams, and system design or architecture diagrams. With the exception of documents or information you: (i) have otherwise made public; or (ii) consent to being public, we will treat Supporting Evidence as your Confidential Information.

Supporting Evidence means the supporting evidence, using the form in Schedule 3, that is required to evaluate an Application and that shall include:

• If the Training Provider confirms eligibility through VEVO under Clause 17.2, it must retain evidence of eligibility in accordance with the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence.

• All other eligibility rules apply as specified in this VET Funding Contract and the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence.

• The evidence described in the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence must be recorded in the form prescribed by the Department or in a form which records the exact information as the form prescribed by the Department and must be made available to the Department (or persons authorised by the Department) for audit or review purposes.

• The RTO must: Screen referred individuals to determine the vocational interests of the student; Provide career information to referred individuals; Assess referred individuals’ eligibility for a government subsidised training place under the Victorian Training Guarantee; and Enrol referred individuals in accordance with the requirements set out in the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence.

• Providers must offer exemptions to individuals from the following cohorts, when an individual presents evidence specified in the Guidelines About Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence: Retrenched workers; Automotive supply chain workers; Jobs Victoria Employment Network Clients; and/or Any other specific cohort as determined by the Department from time to time.

• The RTO must comply with the Guidelines for Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence as issued by the Department from time to time.

• Relevant evidence is to be sighted by the RTO for each Eligible Individual, prior to commencement in training, in accordance with the Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence.

• The RTO must be able to support assessment of student eligibility for the Victorian Training Guarantee as prescribed in the VET Funding Contract and the related Guidelines about Determining Student Eligibility and Supporting Evidence in respect of each Eligible Individual for which it has made a claim for payment from the Department.

Supporting Evidence has the meaning set out in Clause 12;

Supporting Evidence means the following:‐

Supporting Evidence. (助控證據) means evidence sufficient, in the Secretary for Justice’s opinion, to justify the proceedings.
