The Out Sample Clauses

The Out. Of-Hours Penalty rate only applies to ordinary hours of work performed on a Public Holiday (as set out in clause 22), on any day between midnight and 8.00am and on Sunday between 9 pm and midnight. Work performed outside of these times does not attract a penalty rate, subject to clause 20 – Overtime.
