Estate Account and Deceased Account Holder. A Utility Billing Change Form must be completed in order to transfer an account into the ownership of an estate. The Town may request legal documentation from the executor or the person responsible for administering an estate. The account will then be established in the estate’s name. It is the responsibility of the executor or other person administering the estate to notify the Town of any changes in account status. The Town of Liberty will allow an account to remain in the name of an estate for a period of 4 months from the date of service connection. It is the responsibility of the executor or administrator of the estate to either disconnect or transfer ownership of the account into the name of a responsible person prior to this date. If an application has not been processed to transfer ownership of the account by this time, services may be disconnected without further notice. When an account holder is deceased, a Utility Billing Change Form must be completed in order to transfer an account into the name of the responsible party. The Town may request legal documentation including, but not limited to, death certificates in order to process the utility billing change request. If the Town of Liberty receives notice or determines that an account holder is deceased, notification of account closure will be mailed to the address on record. The letter will set forth a date in which a Utility Billing Change Form must be received in order to continue services at the location of the deceased account holder. If the responsible party is not the property owner, an Application for Utility Services must be filled out and the application process must be completed in accordance with this policy.

  • When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? Distribution of a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account must be made (or otherwise will be deemed made) no later than 30 days from the earlier of the beneficiary’s death or attainment of age 30. A distribution from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account may be rolled over to another beneficiary’s Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account according to the requirements of Section (4). Note that the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2001 waives the distribution age limitation if the beneficiary of the Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account is a “Special Needs” student.

  • Automatic Payroll Deposit All employees covered by this agreement shall participate in the County's automatic payroll deposit program. Participation shall mean the employee's execution of a payroll authorization form and submission of a voided check or savings deposit slip to the Auditor's office. It shall be the employee's choice as to which bank he/she designates as the institution receiving the payroll funds. When the authorization form is properly executed and filed with the Auditor, the County shall automatically deposit in the employee's designated bank account the net amount of pay each designated biweekly payday.

  • Non-Retirement Savings Accounts An account maintained in the Cayman Islands (other than an insurance or Annuity Contract) that satisfies the following requirements under the laws of the Cayman Islands.

  • Individual Account An individual account is an account owned by you alone, which you as the account owner use during your lifetime.

  • Account Alerts The Account Alerts service is a tool for managing accounts. By enrolling for Account Alerts, you expressly consent to the Credit Union communicating with you by email or text with contact information you have provided. Account Alerts should not be relied upon solely for account information. While the Credit Union makes every effort to ensure alerts are delivered as expected, there are conditions that may make the alerts unreliable such as, but not limited to: spam filters, relay detectors, inaccurate or obsolete email addresses, network or system failures, etc. The Credit Union recommends that the service be tested prior to regular use to identify any limiting conditions that may be present. The Credit Union does not guarantee the delivery of any account alert.

  • Settlement Account 4.1 The Scheduling Coordinator shall maintain at all times an account with a bank capable of Fed-Wire transfer to which credits or debits shall be made in accordance with the billing and Settlement provisions of Section 11 of the CAISO Tariff. Such account shall be the account as notified by the Scheduling Coordinator to the CAISO from time to time by giving at least 20 days written notice before the new account becomes operational, together with all information necessary for the CAISO's processing of a change in that account.

The custodian named above has given the participant the disclosure statement required by Regulations section 1.408-6. The participant and the custodian make the following agreement:

  • Automatic transfer to new card account If you are issued with a replacement card with a different card number, you will need to re-establish any recurring payment instructions you have with your respective billing organization(s) to avoid any disruption to your bill payments and/or lapses in your policies (where applicable) and we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by you in connection with your failure to do such update.
