Established Shifts. A. Eight Hour Shift Shift 1st Start Times 2nd 5:00 a.m. ‐ 9:00 a.m. 3rd 11:30 a.m. ‐ 3:00 p.m. 1st 7:30 p.m. ‐ 11:00 p.m. Grounds Only‐winter 4:00am – 9:00am Employees will receive their regular hourly rate (plus overtime, when applicable) when their regular shift is extended into another shift.

  • Accumulation of Vacation Leave Credits 31.1.1 An employee shall earn in respect of each fiscal year, annual vacation leave with pay at the following rates for each calendar month in which the employee receives at least seventy-five (75) hours’ pay:

  • Hours of Service The minimum number of Hours of Service an Employee must complete during a vesting computation period to receive credit for a Year of Service is: (Choose (c) or (d)) [X] (c) 1,000 Hours of Service.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. You can discount to any TIPS Member customer a lower coefficient than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. The below is an EXAMPLE of how the pricing model works (It is not intended to influence your proposed coefficient, you should propose a coefficient that you determine is reasonable for your business for the life of the contract): The most common after hours coefficient is time and a half of the RS Means Unit Price Book prices. To illustrate this coefficient, if your regular hours coefficient is .95, your after hours coefficient would be 1.45.
