Essential Job Functions and Duties. During the Term of this Agreement, the Employee shall serve as Chief Technology Officer of the Company, shall report to the President of the Company, and, is subject to the direction of the President and its Board. The Employee shall perform well, timely and faithfully all the duties and responsibilities customarily rendered by Chief Technology Officers of companies of similar size and nature and such other duties and responsibilities as may be delegated to him from time to time by the President or the Board in their sole discretion.
