Equipment/Supplies. Title to all equipment and property purchased by UNIVERSITY under this Agreement will be in and remain with UNIVERSITY even after completion or termination of the Agreement.
Equipment/Supplies. Any equipment or supplies that may be furnished by UNDP to the NPSA Holder for the performance of the NPSA Holder’s obligations under the NPSA remains the property of UNDP, and any such equipment or supplies must be returned to UNDP at the conclusion of the NPSA or before if no longer needed by the NPSA Holder. Equipment/Supplies. Equipment purchased with AASM Foundation funds for use in a specific project should remain for use for the duration of the project. The Awardee will assure that for each purchase of equipment with AASM Foundation funds, it is necessary for the research and activity supported by the contract and is not otherwise reasonably available and accessible.
