Common use of Equipment/Supplies Clause in Contracts

Equipment/Supplies. Any equipment or supplies that may be furnished by UNDP to the NPSA Holder for the performance of the NPSA Holder’s obligations under the NPSA remains the property of UNDP, and any such equipment or supplies must be returned to UNDP at the conclusion of the NPSA or before if no longer needed by the NPSA Holder. Such equipment, when returned to UNDP, must be in the same condition as when delivered to the NPSA Holder, subject to normal wear and tear, and the NPSA Holder will be liable to compensate UNDP for any damage or degradation of the equipment that is beyond normal wear and tear.
