Equipment and Ancillary Services. Customer shall be responsible for selecting, obtaining, and maintaining any equipment, items, and ancillary services needed to access the Licensed Materials, in each case meeting any criteria described in the Documentation, published on Company’s website, or otherwise provided or made available to Customer by Company from time to time. Use of the Software requires Internet access and may be subject to additional fees or charges; high-speed internet access is recommended. Customer and each Authorized User shall be responsible for all fees and charges incurred with respect to accessing to the Licensed Materials and the Services.
