ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. 13.1 This Agreement including schedule 1 constitutes the whole agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements or understandings or representations by or between the Parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement, and the Parties will not be entitled to rely, in any dispute regarding this Agreement, on any terms, conditions or representations not expressly contained in this Agreement.

Neither Party shall be entitled to rely on any agreement, understanding or arrangement, which is not expressly set forth in this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the Parties and constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. No addition to or modification, amendment or variation of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding upon the Parties, unless made in writing signed by a duly authorised representative of each of the Parties. Each Party affirms that it has not been induced to enter into this Agreement by any prior representations whether oral or in writing, except as specifically contained in this Agreement and hereby waives any claim for breach of any such representations which are not so specifically incorporated.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. 22.1 This Agreement and any documents referred to in it constitutes the entire Agreement between the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any previous agreements and all prior representations made between the Parties, whether orally or in writing.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. 39.1 The Contract, including its Appendix, the Purchase Order and the Supplier’s Tender constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. This Agreement, together with the various annexures and/or forms, documentation and information contained on the Company’s website and as completed by the Parties, shall together constitute the whole Agreement between the parties. The Client acknowledges that the Company may unilaterally vary, amend, delete, alter or amend certain terms and conditions and the Client shall be bound by such changes. The Client further acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to view any such changes as are indicated in the terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time and made accessible on the Company’s website.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. 3.14.1 Xxx Xxxxxx & Co intends to rely upon the written terms set out in these terms and conditions. You are reminded again to read them carefully. If you require any changes, please make sure you ask for these to be put in writing. In that way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what Xxx Xxxxxx & Co and the landlord are each expected to do. If you want to make changes to this agreement, please discuss them with the manager of the branch you are dealing with and make sure that they are put in writing and agreed in writing
ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. 13.1 This Agreement together with the Xxxxxx’x standard terms and conditions of supply (a copy of which has been given to the Hirer and which is incorporated to the Agreement) contains the entire Agreement between the Hirer and the Xxxxxx in relation to the Cabin and cannot be altered, amended, modified or otherwise changed except in writing signed by both parties.
