Entire Agreement and Modifications. This Agreement along with its Annexes contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter covered herein. It supersedes all prior understandings between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. Subject to any new regulations/orders stipulated by the TRAI/MIB or any order of a court/tribunal of appropriate jurisdiction, any modification, variation, alteration and amendment of the provisions of the Agreement shall be mutually agreed in writing and executed by and on behalf of the Parties.

Entire Agreement and Modifications. 21.1 The Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior discussion and writings with respect to the subject matter of the Agreement. No modification or alteration of the Agreement shall be binding upon Company or Consultant unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the parties. 21.2 Each party acknowledges that, in entering into this Agreement, it does not do so on the basis of or rely on any representation, warranty or other provision except as expressly provided in this Agreement, and accordingly all conditions, warranties or other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
