ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND VARIATIONS. This Agreement, together with the various annexures and/or forms, documentation and information contained on the Company’s website and as completed by the Parties, shall together constitute the whole Agreement between the parties. The Client acknowledges that the Company may unilaterally vary, amend, delete, alter or amend certain terms and conditions and the Client shall be bound by such changes. The Client further acknowledges that it is his/her responsibility to view any such changes as are indicated in the terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time and made accessible on the Company’s website.
