End of Hire Period. In addition to the Standard Conditions relating to cleaning and departing the Pavilion, hirers of our football pitches are also required to: • Check the pitch and surrounding area for any items discarded by players or spectators eg sock tape, cans, bottles, paper plates and dispose of refuse and recycling in the wheelie bins in the front car park. Items left on the pitch pose a hazard to subsequent users and damage our ground-keeping equipment. • Remember to empty any external bins/bags and dispose of rubbish and recycling in the wheelie bins in the front car park. End of Hire Period. 54.1 At the expiration of the Hire Period the Customer will at its sole expense in all respects return the Equipment to the Supplier at its Kalgoorlie premises unless an MDF has been paid, in which case the Supplier will demobilise the Equipment and the Customer must cooperate with and assist that process.

End of Hire Period. 6.1. The minimum period of hire is 3 (three) hours for occasional bookings. For the avoidance of doubt it is to be understood that the time required for preparation, setting up, cleaning, tidying and reinstatement will form part of the Hire Period and will be charged accordingly.

THE HIRER shall be responsible for leaving the premises and surrounding area in a clean and tidy condition, with all windows and doors properly locked and secured unless directed otherwise. Any contents temporarily removed from their usual positions MUST be properly replaced (specific directions have been posted regarding chairs and tables). All rubbish is to be removed, lights switched off, taps and urn turned off, and the central heating returned to its original thermostat setting (marked with a red spot) and turned off. In default of compliance the Committee shall be at liberty to retain the deposit or make an additional charge.
