Special Conditions of Hire definition

Special Conditions of Hire means the special conditions (if any) set out in the Hire Confirmation. 'Written confirmation' includes hard copy or email communication.
Special Conditions of Hire means any special conditions which may be agreed by the Hirer and Hoover Ferguson in respect of the Contract and the conditions herein.

Related to Special Conditions of Hire

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

The allowable General Conditions items are limited in Paragraph 11.1 and are further described on Exhibit “D”.   • Environmental Conditions means any conditions of the environment, including, without limitation, the work place, the ocean, natural resources (including flora or fauna), soil, surface water, ground water, any actual or potential drinking water supply sources, substrata or the ambient air, relating to or arising out of, or caused by the use, handling, storage, treatment, recycling, generation, transportation, Release or threatened Release or other management or mismanagement of Regulated Substances resulting from the use of, or operations on, the Property.

  • Conditions Precedent shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 4.2.

  • Termination Conditions means, collectively, (a) the payment in full in cash of the Obligations (other than (i) contingent indemnification obligations not then due and (ii) Obligations under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements) and (b) the termination of the Commitments and the termination or expiration of all Letters of Credit under this Agreement (unless the Outstanding Amount of the L/C Obligations related thereto has been Cash Collateralized on terms reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank, backstopped by a letter of credit reasonably satisfactory to the applicable Issuing Bank or deemed reissued under another agreement reasonably acceptable to the applicable Issuing Bank).

  • Hazardous financial condition means that, based on its present or reasonably anticipated financial condition, a risk retention group, although not yet financially impaired or insolvent, is unlikely to be able:
